    VisaTasker’s migration agents are all registered with MARA, which administers the Code of Conduct. The Code regulates the conduct of migration agents. Expats, executives, and other professionals can contact VisaTasker for expert immigration advice and visa services worldwide. Agents registered in migration must have a thorough understanding of migration law and procedure. Additionally, they must adhere to the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct.

  • CONSUMER GUIDE (AU)

    This Consumer Guide summarizes the most critical aspects of your relationship with your VisaTasker migration agent. A Registered Migration Agent must provide a copy of the Consumer Guide to a new client before beginning work for them.

  • WHO CAN GIVE MIGRATION ASSISTANCE?

    Visa applications can only be handled by certain people. Assisting with immigration is called immigration assistance. A person who provides immigration assistance must be either:

    • a registered migration agent
    • a legal practitioner
    • an exempt person.

  • ONLINE VISA ASSESSMENT POLICY

    In order to make a booking for a detailed visa assessment and consultation, only candidates who may be eligible for an Australian visa will be contacted.

    It takes time to conduct an appropriate initial assessment under Australian immigration law. Therefore, we charge a minimal fee.

    Upon completion of our initial review, if we believe the case has reasonable prospects, we will send you a quote for the full service. The initial review payment will be deducted from the amount. If you decide to proceed, we will issue you an engagement letter and invoice to get the process underway.
