Subclass 491 Residency & Income Requirement

Ideally, you should work for a company that is registered and operates in your state physically, but if you have worked from home in a Regional area, and your company is registered in another state, you will have to prove that your company has offices in your state and if that’s not the case, you will have to at least prove that the company provides services in your state as well.

If you need Immigration assistance get in touch by making an appointment for a phone/video consultation or ask for a written consultation.
