Applicants who meet the criteria for one of the visa options covered by our No Visa, No Fee Guarantee will receive our No Visa, No Fee Guarantee.
The professional fees we charge for handling a visa application will be refunded in full if the application is denied.

Our No Visa, No Fee Guarantee does not apply under any of the following circumstances:

A health or character test is failed by an applicant.
The application fails due to a client’s failure to disclose information.
Documentation or information provided by a client is false or misleading or cannot be independently verified.
When a state or territory withdraws or refuses to nominate an applicant for a visa.
Our instructions are not followed by the applicant or their partner (if required).
Applicants’ partners withdraw their support for their applications.
During the application process, the applicant is unlawful.
When applying for a Partner visa, an applicant holds a bridging visa.
